How we report.
Investors receive quarterly property-level reporting: occupancy, revenue, expenses, NOI, capital spend against plan, and distributions. Annual statements are prepared with our fund administrator and reviewed with our auditors. What you see in a case study is the same data investors see, verified before it publishes.
